Free Tier: No account registration is required. You can use the basic generator anonymously.

Pro Tier: Requires account creation and payment. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate avatars depicting hate speech, violence, or illegal content
• Impersonate real individuals without consent
• Create content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service
• Use automated scripts to abuse the Service (rate limits apply)
• Resell or redistribute the Service itself

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights to avatars you generate. Free tier avatars are for personal use only. Pro subscribers receive commercial usage rights.

Our Content: The Square Face Generator name, logo, software, and design elements are our property. You may not use our trademarks without permission.

Avatar Parts: The individual avatar parts (shapes, elements) are licensed to you for use within the Service. You may not extract or redistribute individual parts.

6. Payment and Refunds

Pro Subscriptions: Billed monthly or annually. You can cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of your billing period.

Lifetime: One-time payment for permanent access to current Pro features. Future major features may require additional payment.

Refunds: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for monthly/yearly subscriptions, and a 14-day guarantee for Lifetime purchases. Contact support@squarefacegenerator.website to request a refund.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violations of these Terms. You may terminate your Pro subscription at any time through your account settings.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
